Rules and regulations
First and foremost, if you're reading this it means you're interested in joining our guild. That's great! But while we may goof off more often than not, we do have rules that must be followed, both before and after joining our guild.

I. Be mature - We have a good reputation and we don't want to tarnish it. If you plan to be a member of Timeless, you should also plan to act with dignity, whether it be ingame, on forums, on vent, wherever. As long as you use our tag, you will be courteous to those around you. This means be respectful to others.

II. Be helpful - Every one of us has a life outside the game, but when you're ingame, do your best to help out the guild and each other. This could mean crafting an item for a fellow guildy, or donating some useful consumables to the guild bank. Do your part to chip in and everyone will benefit.

III. Be patient - Even the officers may not always be right, or know what to do. If you have your own ideas as to how to handle a situation, we appreciate the input, but you must remember to be patient. If you're asked to sit out on a raid, don't fret. We understand what it's like to miss out and will do our best to include you in the future. Things might not always go as planned, but rest assured we have the best intentions and will do our best to carry the guild to new heights.

IV. Be good - Our guild is strict about performance, so bring your A game to every raid. Spots are not guaranteed, so stay on top of your class! This means coming to raids prepared with flasks and potions, watching strategy videos on upcoming fights, and doing research about your character for ways to improve. We may not ask it directly, but if you come unprepared, don't be surprised if you're put on the back burner for a while. It's your responsibility to do your best.

Application and Recruitment
Our application process is simple - Click on the Guild Application on the homepage, fill it out, click submit. Please be sure to answer every question. We will look over the application, along with your character's gear, talents and accomplishments and make a decision. You will notified when you are approved for a Ventrilo Interview. During the Ventrilo Interview with a officer, they will review your application with you, take this time to ask them any questions you may have. Once you pass the Ventrilo Interview, you'll be brought in as a applicant for a trial.

•If you're not accepted, we suggest looking over these things yourself, to find where you can improve, and then please apply again at a later time.

•If you are accepted, Congratulations! You're now a new recruit in Timeless. The recruit process is easy enough - You'll be considered a "trial" for one or two weeks so the guild can determine how you fit in as a member. You won't be excluded from raids or loot, but obviously raider members will have priority for both.

We highly suggest you be on your best behavior during your trial period. This means showing up to as many raids as possible, being prepared, going out of your way to help your new guildmates and generally showing that you will make a valuable addition to our team. If you do not show promising results during or after the trial period, an officer will talk to you about it, but ultimately you may be removed from the guild.

Closing
If you've taken the time to read through this and still think you have what it takes to be a member of Timeless, please talk to an officer ingame to continue the recruitment process. We're a very "family-oriented" guild and we love introducing new members to our raid team.

We look forward to hearing from you and wish you the best of luck on joining!
